• Send As Gift: Print, share a link or send the E-Gift Card directly to your loved one’s email. You may also add a personalized message and modify the send date.
• Buy for Myself: Choose this option to send the E-Gift Card directly to your email address.

To Use the E-Gift Card: Simply enter the E-Gift Card access code on the Gift Card or Promo Code slot at checkout.

How much will I have to pay for shipping?

We ship for free for most major provinces. For provinces with a large number of out-of-delivery areas, we started to charge for part of shipping costs due to the fact that all shipping carriers have started to increase the cost of shipping for all out-of-delivery areas.

How fast will I receive my order?

All orders will be shipped by FedEx Express and will be delivered within 3-5 business days.

What Is Pre-Order?

From modern rugs to washable rugs, The Rugs Outlet Canada offers various rugs you can pre-order before their release date.

By purchasing an item with PRE-ORDER button, you are purchasing a rug that has not yet been available in our stock. Your deposit is equal to the retail price of the rug, as listed on our website, plus tax, plus free 60-70 days Delivery. Your payment will be collected in full in order to secure your pre-order, and will not be refunded except in the event that we are unable to fulfill your order due to circumstances out of our control.

Rugs need regular care to last longer. Vacuum and rotate them periodically. If there are spills, blot them right away. Use wool cleaning detergent for stains. For severe spills and stains, seek professional cleaning.
