All Area rugs need care and maintenance to increase their longevity. Our Handcrafted Collections, Hand-Knotted or Hand-Tufted, need sophisticated care as they are made with natural fibers and dye. Vacuuming regularly with a low-powered vacuum cleaner is just a necessity. If you happen to come across any loose threads, do not pull them. Instead, use scissors to cut and remove the threads.

How much will I have to pay for shipping?
We ship for free for most major provinces. For provinces with a large number of out-of-delivery areas, we started to charge for part of shipping costs due to the fact that all shipping carriers have started to increase the cost of shipping for all out-of-delivery areas.
How fast will I receive my order?
All orders will be shipped by FedEx Express and will be delivered within 3-5 business days.

From modern rugs to washable rugs, The Rugs Outlet Canada offers various rugs you can pre-order before their release date.
By purchasing an item with PRE-ORDER button, you are purchasing a rug that has not yet been available in our stock. Your deposit is equal to the retail price of the rug, as listed on our website, plus tax, plus free 60-70 days Delivery. Your payment will be collected in full in order to secure your pre-order, and will not be refunded except in the event that we are unable to fulfill your order due to circumstances out of our control.
