By purchasing an item with PRE-ORDER button, you are purchasing a rug that has not yet been available in our stock. Your deposit is equal to the retail price of the rug, as listed on our website, plus tax, plus free 60-70 days Delivery. Your payment will be collected in full in order to secure your pre-order, and will not be refunded except in the event that we are unable to fulfill your order due to circumstances out of our control.

Rugs need regular care to last longer. Vacuum and rotate them periodically. If there are spills, blot them right away. Use wool cleaning detergent for stains. For severe spills and stains, seek professional cleaning.
