Your deposit is equal to the retail price of the rug, as listed on our website, plus tax, plus free 60-70 days Delivery. Your payment will be collected in full in order to secure your pre-order, and will not be refunded except in the event that we are unable to fulfill your order due to circumstances out of our control.
